I was hoping that the drop in/out multiplayer and colorful, light-hearted action gameplay would appeal to my wife so that we could play this game coop. It did not work out that way.
I believe the restricted camera and me having to say "come this way, come this way" all the time got on her nerves. I think it was also confusing in the beginning because of all the lego pieces bouncing around and the explosions and general mayhem surrounding the action, which may have been a bit overwhelming and she lost interest.
I am now on episode VI, so I am closing in on the conclusion. While the game has been interesting, the most notable part has been the humor, mostly in the cutscenes. My favorite so far is the scene where Lando ratchets down his seat in the Millineum Falcon.
