Attention level designers: darkness is not your friend! Neither is this game.
I got so sick and tired of squinting while trying to determine what was on screen that I gave up and quit. Maybe Jericho has good graphics. Maybe it has cool animations, scary enemies, and fabulous set pieces. I have no idea because all I could see was an unlit sea of blackness.
From what I did play, the game had some potential. The story could have been interesting, though it forced the whole thing down your throat trying to be a movie most of the time. Taking over your teammates was slick, as was their upset reaction to the whole business. The levels were linear, though I expect that in most shooters these days. The hallways, though, were far too narrow, especially for the large team escorting you around. Maneuvering was sometimes difficult. The levels also featured lots of short dead ends, more like nooks off of the hallways, which were absolutely pointless.
If you can crank up the brightness and actually see what is going on, maybe this game is worth playing. I felt that it wasn't worth the effort and sent it back. This game is a rental.
