This game is infamous for the Gamespot debacle. It also sucks. It might be fun on easy mode in co-op, but otherwise it is frustrating and boring.
This is the game that resulted in Jeff Gerstmann getting fired from Gamespot. He gave it a well-deserved thrashing and a score of 6-something ("fair"), which the publisher did not appreciate. After the incident, Gamespot fell apart and lost its preeminent position as the best source for video game reviews and information on the Net.
In the end, Kane & Lynch will be remembered solely because of that incident and not because of anything it could have possibly achieved as a game. A bad game.
